Guru or any kind of paid training is good for those that can afford it.. although look at all the college students who have student loans.. no difference instead of a student loan you have credit card debt. this is something I do not agree with .. when it comes to selling education... but then again there are many companies we heard about were they boot strapped it with their CC and now have a thriving business some empires..

I wanted to get any opinions on houses in this development as a potential investment.http://pswrealestate.com/creeksidehomes/I like the idea of solar/green houses, and I'm wondering if there are any strong pros/cons of that.

Sorry for the double post -- I actually find most of the realtors I work with are pretty adequate (not that I work with them often).I think if done right, wholesales and realtors can not only co-exist but thrive.
