Las Vegas will have its first major national sports team (NHL), Faraday Future is a new electric car company that is building a huge manufacturing facility, (not putting a lot of emphasis on this because it can possibly flop you know like Fisker).

I recently been trying to pick up the sport of golf!

I played football for Okstate, so I can bring experience from my sport career as well.

I am a behaviorist and a sports coach.  

Or as done in the sports world practice, prepare practice repeat. 

It's kind of like if you were in the market to purchase a bicycle and you find a nice shiny bike that's never been used at a garage sale you will expect to pay a lot less than the same bike at a bicycle sports shop or the Academy, right?

Real Estate is a contact sport (and a team sport at that).

Always great to meet another PSU alum interested in real estate - I played sports with a few Duvals up at PSU. 

During this time, they rent their houses out to Southern Michigan vacationers that come up to ski and participate in other winter sports. 

How about a rentable common space for parties, sports events, game nights, etc?
