Four-plexes can be a good place to start since you can get FHA or Fannie Mae financing on them and they aren't too big to be a giant management or rehab project.

But I also have a family and other pursuits and interests.The stuff about becoming a neighborhood leader is a giant waste of time, in my book.

Jersey City could continue to grow though and it could be one giant Hoboken someday.  

I am not sure if he is still in business but when I lived in Palo Alto I did a few specs and used Dick Coker he lived in LA hills  right next to you  and had an office on Homestead by 85... he was very good..

This morning I came upon an article about a company that is using a giant 3d printer to print small homes for only $5000 cost.  

Check this thing out.That giant green cab is nothing but a moving billboard for us.
