:)If this were the only outdoor space then I could see making it bigger but with a nice patio and grass in the yard plus the roof deck, the balcony was more for fun and to add a little something extra.

I'm interested in changing the zoning so that I can use them for outdoor RV & Boat storage.

I think we are going to use it as an office and place to store some of our outdoor gear.The person that is actually renting it right now was shown the layout for the other unit (by the previous owner) which has three, average size bedrooms.

:D Yes I can see that 1/2 ac does seem like a waste of space...dont forget in all that other space- there will be gathering areas- gardens- paths- walking trail- lost of visual extras- tree cabana's cabins that can be utilized; foot bridges- a foot path that connects all places back with a loop to the Main office/ utility house. porches; decks; a using of the outdoors to enlarge the living.

Verify vent duct is unobstructed and sealed (and venting to the outdoors).Take humidity (and odor) control out of the hands of the tenant by installing a humidity and motion sensing switch (retrofit) or a humidity and motion sensing vent fan when time for replacement.

I then had a hernia surgery, an unusually busy summer of work and investing, and a great summer of outdoors adventures including summiting Mt Rainier, Adams, St Helens, Glacier Peak and many other peaks.
