Colorado real estate contracts have a Loan Terms Deadline, which is the date by which you are able to back out of a contract if the terms of the loan are not to your liking; up to your sole subjective discretion.

I’d remind the landlord of this….If the landlord misses the 21-day deadline, he forfeits the right to deduct anything.

Regardless, I never signed the agreement by there deadline so they canceled the purchase.  

The city set a deadline to pay the bill or the owner of the property would face special tax assessment, so my relative felt he had no option but to pay the bill himself first.  

Its the off season, for petes sake, even the extended deadline has passed.
