My crystal ball won't tell me how slow it will get so I'm watching and waiting to see where things head. 

We'd really like to be in Crystal River/Homosassa area but that isn't panning out with our numbers. 

It's very important that your lender and agent convey in crystal clear terms that it's not FHA with the offer, since most of the time the HP offer gets accepted specifically because the listing agent is sketched out by FHA.

I do know that a lot of people breaking in to the market these days will grow tired of the low returns that they are getting coupled with all the hassles.I certainly don't have a crystal ball though.Are we in a multifamily bubble?
