At this point I'm hoping they get the hint and leave me alone.Funny thing is, when I mentioned this on reddit, all the $12 an hour people started attacking me for being successful, calling me a douche bag who is pretentious, and siding with the person that tried to insult me but just really insulted herself...lol.They don't even understand what pretentious is (pretending to be something you are not).

We are having trouble with private/hard money lenders as we do not have a portfolio to show yet and because we will be flipping the house they want to see some work - any suggestions on a plan of attack to get our project off the ground welcomed! 

I would rather get a loan traditionally but I need to figure out what angle I want to attack this.  

Also, and Im not trying to attack you, I think if you had done any research before asking this question you would know this. 

NV is getting expensive).Each property runs its own books, takes it's own PnL's and write-offs, etc... don't co-mingle funds to avoid anyone piercing your corporate veil and finding a loophole to attack all properties you have JIC something goes South on you. 

Additionally, it is legal for you point a firearm at someone trespassing on your property and use force equal to the force of the intruder if attacked.

These folks are serious as a heart attack.

I haven't talked with the owner about purchasing since I have zero personal finance and no concrete plan of attack.

Attacking a smaller list with more frequency is the way to go.

Of course, this is a different type of risk and requires a lot more cash (no mortgages) but risk can also be good (ie certain areas of Manila have been growing about 10% a month for the past half year) as well as devastating (Duterte could choose to launch an attack the gaming industry in Manila at any point, and possibly wipe out all of the recent growth and more overnight).
