If you don't want to deal with people who have shown themselves to be unreliable in the past (I know I wouldn't), I would do what @Kim Meredith Hampton suggests and give them their non-renewal notice and start marketing the property.

@Kim Vedros It may be that Auction.com is conducting the sale of that particular home, which will still be carried out in person at the time/location designated by your county, and then the county may have a list of what will be auctioned at that time/location.
