Yes this is my first time I am trying to fix rotten wood instead of replacing it Art Allen yes I would prefer to replace it but it is a funny situation right now: imagine, we just replaced all flooring and all the sudden from the basement I noticed the piece of subfloor or something under it facing to patio with bad rotten spots.

The art of UW comes in the operational assumptions you are making. 

Or are you trying to get good at the Art side of underwriting? 

Just use a clip art of a house or something that relates.

Looking in Arlington and somewhat south Dallas (trinity groves, bishop arts area).A little background, my boyfriend and I own a home in Arizona where we use to live and turned it into a rental 2.5 years ago when we moved to Dallas.

Perhaps with permission and or have an art student paint a redish front door and some kind of window to create an optical illusion.
