It was an inadvertent violation of BP's (very valid) anti-self promotion rules....I thought they only applied to selling stuff and didn't realize that they extended to free content as well. 

They have made a killing being the anti-hotel. 

As a college student (assuming you plan on staying in college), I’d pick a major that will guarantee some level of $$$ = engineering, medicine/dental/nursing, finance, etc.

If I hadn't, she would have had to beg on the streets of a foreign country for food and medicine for her chronic conditions, or get an illegal job.

I used to be sort-of anti-development (and I still am anti-sprawl), but almost anything is better than the stagnant San Francisco-ization of places like over-regulated Boulder.

After a couple years of getting settled back in the real estate game, I plan to go full-court press, with a goal to get out of medicine by the time I'm 45 and only working when I want and doing medical missions (I'm 33 now).

The legal is pretty close to being done, but there are some Anti Can Spam Act issues to sort through.  

Can you define "damage" as something unseen, something that aggravate allergies and that requires an expensive mitigation?

Paul, here in NJ the anti-eviction statute is such that you can't simply decline to renew a tenancy unless it's an owner-occupied 2-3 unit.

I had a tenant request hardwood floors to help with her allergies.
