Sounds like you need legal advice from an actual LAWYER, not a bunch of people on the interwebs trying to interpret your eviction lawyer in your state.Or man up.

They are absolutely clueless, change the rules daily and then interpret said rules differently everyday.

There are a few things I disagree with, and I know that there will be others who may have differing opinions.Although the foundation of your formula is basically correct, your interpretation is a bit incomplete.

@Allen S.We're reading your interpretation of what your CPA said, so maybe she actually phrased it better than how it sounds.

If you are looking to get into rental properties for immediate personal income, then you should not be involving your retirement dollars.As an aside, many custodians won't accept ROBS as they interpret this structure to be a form of self-dealing, which is a prohibited transaction.

At least that's my interpretation, and the interpretation of the agent/investor I'm trying to learn from at AZREIA.

May be different in Georgia, but when I called in Florida originally they basically told me "the laws are available, and you and a lawyer need to interpret them, we can't do that for you".
