I ate the best pizza in South Africa, I got mugged in Cuba and then got my money back when I mugged my mugger, I got lost in the Sahara desert, I used the toilet in Ghandi’s child hood home, I met a girl in the Czech Republic and then another one in Thailand and then Spain, I ate amazing beef in Argentina, I partied with Russians in Moscow’s until sunrise, played soccer in Ghana and Turkey and Brazil, I saw the most amazing sunrise in Vietnam, I had Guinness in Ireland which taste better than anywhere in the world, I met my wife in Ecuador, I met incredible people everywhere and so on and so on and so on.

In a house full of girls, they promptly call you and you don't have to undo their "repairs", haha!

Aside from that, I’m a husband, father of two girls and another one on the way at the moment of writing this.

I talked to a girl that sells them and she said that as long as a corporation that I owned bought real estate I could do it.  

I do have the knowledge on working in apartment community like showing the community, providing all the information about units, availability, amenities and lease contract information, solve problem right away either if is maintenance or complains, help applicant with the process of the application, signed lease contract and escort them to the new home, collecting rent, and etc. 

He lost it and a teenage girl found it in a puddle in a grocery store parking lot- after she had run over it.

I knew a guy who was a landlord, he had a girl want to overstay, her tenancy, so he paid tworeally big guys to show up and start unloading a van full of stuff, he just told her.It may take 90 days to kick you out, but, it will also take you 90 days to kick these guys out,and, if you want to sleep in the same apartment with them, that's fine, but, otherwise, start packing.She packed up, and the big guys helper her get her furniture out.she never figured out the big guys were movers.
