Where the problem starts is when absentee owners don’t want to live with or interact with the guests and keep them quiet at night respectful of the neighborhood and not causing a scene.That is why Anaheim is kicking them to the curb,because of the all night parties and the coming home in the middle of the night as noisy as possible waking everyone up.
