I purchased a cozy 2bd 1bth home in South Dakota from the government.

People generally know where that person falls in the structure and how much power and influence they are likely to have.Once outside the confines of a corporate structure where people can give themselves titles then I don't think it matters much if at all.

Cozy or buildium are companies that do it also. 

From what I read, Cozy seems to be the winner.

I came across a site called Cozy and was wondering if anyone has used it or something similar.

I plan to use Cozy for rent qualification and online rent payment.

I do plan on trying SmartMove or Cozy to help with my screening process.

I've been using Cozy for online payments for the last year.

But if that wasn't within the confines of the law, we would lease it out to a group of 4-5 students who would pay a total of $2200/Mo. in rent and probably split the utilities up so were not paying for all of them.

I personally use Cozy and they have a feature when you can stop accepting rent for exactly this type of reason.
