I’m also a doctor in the area and have noticed an incredible uptick in the seasonal pressure and type of seasonal folks coming to the area- they used to be all Midwesterners that bought a house in 1985 for 40k but this past year it’s been a lot of northeasterners that have the money for boca but liked the value in the Tampa bay region.One thing I will say is stick to your numbers.. the house I just purchased was being sold at 345k and was not something I would live in.
