BEST: I love real estate and investing.LEAST: Ignorant people (especially realtors)Common Misconception: Taking a real estate course, getting your license, and selling real estate for most of your life allows you to know anything and everything about investment real estate.You should probably take some time to talk with a broker or someone form the real estate commission in your area for more information, but I hope this helps a little.

I'm not suggesting one way or the other, but I'll leave you with two thoughts:1) just b/c you love real estate does not mean you need to make it a career2) with rising rates, sales slowing and a flood of new construction hitting the market, it's possible the next few years in RE will look very different than the last decade

@Chris Marcic , No its the marion county REIA ..Mcreia .. i missed it today again .. i wanted to make it but i firgot its was lovers days ..lol.. im not even sure they meet ..ill have to check their website ..they might have moved the day because of it falling on the 14th .. there is one comming up in orlando but thats a bit far for you .. and me .. but it is larger ..
