If you have a "we buy houses" page already, I've seen several investors' sites which have the "buyer's list" functionality built in to that site, 2 birds with one stone.here's an example: dannybuyshouses.com (This is Danny Johnson's Page)here's a few sites from one investor in DFW area: allwholesaleproperties.com ibuynorthtexashomes.com birddogtxproperties.com ownatexashome.comas you can see, each one has a purpose, but they all tie into buying AND selling forms, delivered to the repsective inbox.For the record, I am in no way financially affiliated with either of these sites, just some I've noticed.

from my understanding, you have to be affiliated with a broker to get access.i suggest contacting a boutique firm and ask them to hang your license. i know one of my clients that does it for $35 a month and if u have closings charges a flat fee of $200.

In my area we have Great Southern Bank (use to be an S&L) and they still have the S&L mind set making construction and development loans.If you are doing larger deals, you'll want a bank with an affiliate lender, where they provide the financing together with a "silent partner bank" so to speak.
