Your village/city/etc board will begin to get annoyed by you.

We own a property with two detached units in Atwater Village on a ~6k sq ft lot that is zoned R1.

As for our current house, hopefully we will rent it out to theological grad student families from the small university in our village.

That said, I've heard it's reasonable to expect continued revitalization in North Park, South Park, and downtown East Village.

I live eight blocks from the gas explosion in the west village of NYC that just took down three buildings.

The West village is a 5 minute walk and gets pretty busy on weekend nights. 

This season we rented to the same couple for the 3rd year and received $2400 per month, and we stayed in it 10-15/1-15.We decided to consolidate 3 homes to buy and move to The Villages, FL (most fantastic place for retirees on earth, period.We got in the 50's when we sold AZ in Jan so really had a 12 year cash flow neutral situation with lots of great free fun and memories.there are a lot of people buying here in the Villages and using as rentals.

Top 3 neighborhoods to “fix and flip” in Baltimore:Canton, Remington, Washington Village.  

There is a lot of development going on just North of Mascotte around The Villages.

Most notably, Blackstone Group bought New York’s Stuy-Town-Peter Cooper Village in a $5.3 billion deal in 2015.
