Fortunately filing deadline for foreign entities/persons is June NA Lewis that seems like a good idea but bearing in mind that a major company that deals with foreign tax filing could not navigate their way easily through my tax issue I would doubt that Elance CPAs would have the requisite experience or knowledge without also referring me to talk to a Tax attorney.Thanks for your suggestions though.

Lastly I just sold a spec home on the ORegon coast from a couple from Dallas that just can't take the heat anymore... they did ask how much does it rain in Seaside Oregon in the winter I looked at them and said well pert near every day from Oct to July LOL... when lewis in Clark got there it rained 94 of the 105 days they were in Astoria they hated it.
