Good day all, I'm new to the Springfield MA area and located here due to the fact I wanted my volleyball / basketball performance wear company to be based in the birthplace area of the two sports I design for.

On the flip side, most things that bring people into the city have been cancelled indefinitely (sports, conventions, school, etc).

It's a team sport!

But it’s really a solo sport unless you are bring in passive investors but that would trigger a syndication and ppm.

Do you play any sports?

I currently have an out of the country (South Korean) investor who started an LLC in the state of Indiana.

I am 26 years old, I grew up playing sports, I workout, coach and love personal training.

The low appreciation properties were purchased directly from the developers.When the market stabilizes further down the road, the sport may change to cash flow.

Now, we have a couple of generations of people that have fled the city and never go back unless it is to attend a sporting event or a concert.
