Good day all, I'm new to the Springfield MA area and located here due to the fact I wanted my volleyball / basketball performance wear company to be based in the birthplace area of the two sports I design for. Upon arriving I noticed how much real estate potential there is. I'm new to real estate but am eager to learn.
