To me, the main “path of progress” opportunities in Cincinnati are from Mt Adams up to Kenwood (along Montgomery Road) —Walnut Hills East Walnut Hills Evanston NorwoodPleasant Ridge SilvertonDeer ParkAlso improving neighborhoods due to city planning advantages/incentives:Madisonville due to its adjacency to Hyde Park/Oakley, Indian Hill & MariemontOTR & West End

Indian Harbour Beach is a yes, with lots of hoops to jump through. 

This city is near a large army base, but it's hit or miss with investors in our area that have the cash/capitol to jump on deals like this.

For those unfamiliar, a next-gen home is basically the Swiss Army knife of houses, made for multi-generational living.

I’ll be getting out of the army next year and I am currently working on getting my license in California.

Fun fact I guess would be that I am retiring from the army reserves after 22 years and three deployments in the next year or so which will allow me the freedom to focus on my passion for real estate.
