Grass is dead and hardly any plants in the garden beds.

Round two,,,buy 100 houses like the 1st 12...Highest and best use = a garden in some areas, but maybe a cheap place to plant the drive by's--a low cost grave yard.

Buena Park is more friendly to ADU's in OC than lets say Anaheim or Garden Grove.Los Angeles city is more lenient my assumption that cities in Los Angeles County might be that way too.I am going through each city and looking to do the same.

But some of the more popular activities in that area would have been a bit of a trek from Cape Coral (Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Gardens, 5th Avenue in Naples, etc.). 

Sure BUTyou need an explanation:Bigger house to fit new child or grandma, show the birth cert or granny pays utility or something paperwork.Better school for kinder gardener, didn't know as they were a baby and now you don't want darling to go to that place...
