I have been on both sides of the Wholesale coin.

I first thought about coin op laundry, then other things.

Not very good looking, but functional I guess.You also don't have coin-op laundry.

See that's the other part of the coin, city has to think of liability and getting sued in absolutely everything they do, and find ways to do things in a uniform way that dosn't loos the city millions on a regular basis to suites. 

I am going to take the other side of the coin.. 

I explored coin operated units and stumbled across a company that has a product that converts any regular washer or dryer into a coin operated unit.

Definitely go with the coin operated.  

., it sounds like a perfect opportunity to charge extra fees/rent for storage and get a coin operated washer and dryer.
