There are a few guys who buy 100s of houses a year so they are ok with tiny margins as they make it up with volume.

The tiny home thing is starting to get played out.

There’s no tax advantage, there’s almost no privacy advantage, there’s a tiny tiny liability advantage, unless you are managing the property in which case there’s basically none. 

If I could convince my husband, I’d build a tiny house and just travel in it all the time.

It will make robo signing and predatory claims and "produce the note" lawsuits look tiny in comparison.The law has a provision that essentially voids the loan if the lender is found guilty.

I guess my question is: if the Poconos makes the most sense to me location wise for a personal getaway/vacation rental, CAN I make it work, perhaps the way the realtor who owns his tiny cottage is making it work?
