-They all start calling the title company, showing up, threatening legal action, etc. 

Yesterday I received a letter from the buyer's attorney, threatening to sue me because the buyer supposedly started getting roof leaks at different locations of the house one year after purchase.

I told him where he could go, he threatened liens then resorted to claiming that God would deal with me.

You always have the option of threatening and carrying through with a formal complaint to the licensing board.

Instead he hired an attorney that tried to threaten us with bogus lawsuits which were never filed. 

I said, "Don't threaten me with a good time!"

2nd) the property management company has threatened us multiple times with eviction, not accepting and returning our rent, until the trash bill was paid in full - as we did not pay for years and were not aware of a bill and it was now over $1500 to bring back to current standing... is this a form of harassment and bullying tactics to ensure payment? 

A lot of time when legal action is threatened and you have a winning case, people shape up. 

Never threaten people, if you are taking them to the matt, just do it. 

Even with the note being paid, the banks will still send threatening letters.
