Our city is changing at a pace that is more inviting for students, families, and young professionals wanting to live in a lively urban environment where living, dining, and entertainment is within walking distance. 

I have 3+ years of experience in the restaurant dining industry as well as 3+ years experience teaching Spanish and English as a second language.

Or, the unit may be limited to occupancy based upon the size of the unit, number and size of bedrooms, size of kitchen and dining space, etc.  

Tim, I would suggest adding value to get more money, not nickel and dining them to death.

Long insulated curtains $3, ginormous curtain rod $2, dining room table $25, ceiling fan $8, plants for the yard $1-2, storm door $6....

If you decide you don't like the look of the knotty pine on the dining room walls, don't paint over it.

Like a vitual "yellow letter" campaign.Also, as an aside - The ads that tout, "cash cows", "amazing cash-flow", or "stunning returns" without giving the slightest hint of financials or other deals really don't do much for me...but I'm probably just not imaginative enough to get it.

It also has no formal dining room and the kitchen isn't big enough to be an "eat in" kitchen.
