Atlanta has better affordability, a large percentage of renters who are qualified to buy, robust job market, strong tech sector and a plentiful amount of remote work! 

Keep in mind we allow 48 hours from the time they receive the lease to sign it and submit payment; once that window closes, they can still sign the lease but we will resume taking applications from other interested parties. 

Contrast this to opinion of CA residents about State X, Y or Z, the response often is that they would never move because it’s either too hot, too cold, not progressive, has frequent hurricanes, tornados, yearly floods, snowstorms, lacks a robust economy etc etc.

I am really excited to resume REI in Atlanta to reach my goals.

@Chip Larson Regardless of how you file receipts - or any other documents - a robust backup strategy is crucial.For basic storage, I use OneDrive. 

The market seems to still be robust with fewer deals and high demand.  

IMHO, the result of this is we have strong schools, many white collar employers, an unusually high number of Fortune 500 company headquarters, a very robust economy, that almost always outperforms the rest of the country, and a strong job market.

I'd be happy to pay extra $$ for a more robust software package. 

TC is more robust and can be a one-stop solution for most PM needs.

I'm open to exploring various strategies, but my initial focus will likely be on locating deals, collaborating with experienced individuals to expand my knowledge, building a robust network, and establishing credibility.
