It doesn't look like pot... ha ha.Well, if it's under the house, somebody needs to get under there and kill it.  

Landlords may not want a pot smoker, but it's going to be tough to discriminate in the not too distant future.  

You could even just go buy some potted plants at the gardening store, and place them around in their pots.  

If you allowed them to have a microwave and coffee pot and little fridge in their rooms, they'd probably not bother you in the kitchen or common room too much.Then, I'd suggest paying for weekly cleaning service, just so there aren't arguments about cleaning.And I'd go with M2M agreements, so if it gets uncomfortable, it could be remedied in 30 days.

Is it pot?

Nobody has to take an applicant who is rude or who is mean to their kids, or who is bickering with their significant other, or who shows up late, or smells of smoke or alcohol or pot, or her kids are unruly heathens.

I have a pair of tenants that are known by all tenants as the drug/pot dealers but no one is willing to testify.Before they moved in, I checked their background and they had nothing bad.
