Hey guys,Wanted to see what most of my anti-accounting peers are doing to outsource their books entirely off their plate?

Although, if someone can single-handedly take the house of their plates with at no cost to them (Broker fee + closing costs) this would be a great benefit to them.

Don’t do RE instead of school, add it to your plate so you can be a high performing member of your community and network.

The outer plate sits on the concrete wall but outer frame (which is 3 ft from the outside wall) is only supported by interior walls running perpendicular and even at that they are not build the way I would build them to hold weight.  

I will go ahead and tell you the whole reason why I myself as a buyer usually dont waste my time (Which is usually what it is) with wholesalers, is most wholesalers bring me deals where they have skimmed most, if not all, of the profit out of the deal for themselves, and theres nothing left on the plate for me to eat.What I always tell them is why would I buy this, when I could spend the exact same amount of money, pay to have properties build in similar areas, for less, and make immediate margins simply by having the place built and renting them out.If you cant bring a good deal to a buyer, odds are they wont answer your call after the 2nd or 3rd call.

Crawl thru and hide in electrical outlets, under the outlet plates and in just about any electronic device known to man, not just furniture, and clothing.Usually hard for landlord to defend in court why your not treating for pests.

Also as noted, the damage typically does not stop at the sill plate, so just be sure you are getting apples to apples bids.

Now in this same situation lets presume you have a lot on your plate that will be sold next tax year thereby increasing your income to $100,000 pre-tax.

Sounds like boiler plate advice aimed at a new person getting started and buying at retail.  

I know taking 100% of the “headaches” off his plate is certainly worth something to him.
