At one point I was cleaning the layers of stuff in one of the girls bedrooms with a garden rake.

A girl at work is struggling to find a new contractor because her original one backed out AFTER SHE CLOSED so she's stuck with his $$ amounts. ☹️ My contractor handled all the paperwork and is almost done my required repairs and there's money left in the budget for one or maybe two of my wish list.

One girl even let some sort of cleaning chemicals spill on the floor, where it sat long enough to bleach the finish.Finally, I've also used the "peel and stick" tile flooring.
