I have medical issues which forced me to go on disability about 3 years ago.

Between the four of them, they make 3.2x the rent (regular job, disability payments for mom and aunt, caregiver income for the boyfriend).

If you are disabled and service related you might be in for a tax break.

Long term disability for example is horrible value for money.

If a tenant is disabled you have to give them 60 days in our area so I would not recommend 30 days. 

He was in the car wreck with me that made me disabled.

It's discriminatory because you are biased to wanting a family and are discriminating against adults who are not a traditional family.The Fair Housing Act, which is the federal law governing housing discrimination, includes the following seven protected classes: race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, and familial status.I think you are technically right, that normally people get in trouble for discriminating against children than toward them, but better to set up your processes and posts so that you are blame free.

We have a lease addendum like yours about entry and asked for a reasonable accommodation request to being present due to mental health disabilities.
