I need to amend a few previous returns and I am looking to retain one for future tax returns. 

Florida actually amended its LLC law in 2014 to ensure there are multiple ways to get at the LLCs assets for instance and in ways not common to Georgia. 

Generally, if you need to 'fix' some internal process, you just amend your docs to include a scenario for signers.  

They sold you the property - you may just need them to amend their paperwork to reflect the correct language.If you know what you own but are trying to split one purchase into two resales you are developing the property and would need to have surveys and plats drawn up and filed that reflect your plans.

Thus why some use the recoverable, just incase they don't like their children's lifestyle later on, but then it becomes redundant as your revoking or amending your trust all the time, paying taxes on something you don't event own because you can revocable, etc..

Just stay with the "check the box" options, once you start typing in text amendments, those are the deals I see go sideways.

The DTF also stated the Sales and Use Taxes Regulations will be amended to reflect this new policy.
