Does a corporation taxed as an S-Corp avoids dealer status completely?

Of course, my wife answered and was shocked to see such a large check made out to me from a neighbor - I think she thought I was the neighborhood dealer until I explained the situation! 

The seller didn't mention any of this to me, and not long after I took over, I got work from the dealer the seller never got before, and being the best known tire dealer in the area, sold many more tires as the dealer put new tires on cars for sale.

So when people start crying about how "wholesaling is illegal" and I've heard "just like being a meth dealer", I often ask - where is your reference that proves that contract assignments are not lawful?
