The problem is that most home inspection contracts limits liability to the cost of the inspection itself.Being a broker in California I have witnessed too many instances where neither Broker was at fault however came to the table with mitigating funds...

You admit so yourself, to wit: "I'll gladly pass on those profits if it means passing on that huge risk and massive effort, neither of which I'm in a place to take on" Exactly my point.

This just adds to the communication and organizational issues that I witnessed in the coaching program, and it doesn't speak well for the Alex system either, as the messages seem very spammy and persistent.

As I read some of the posts I felt like I was witnessing a conversation between an American tourist - in a foreign county - attempting to communicate with a street vendor by speaking louder and with ever more passion.

For me, having that coach and accountability was key, but the community is the biggest value.I've been in the group for a little over a year now, and I've witnessed people from all different skill levels and backgrounds making it happen, and the common thread is they were engaged and ready to embrace the process, and then they took action.I've found all my partner's through the community, and we've accomplished some pretty incredible things in a relatively short period of time.
