I've been stunned at the number of people who will show up to help homeowners pull out their drywall, carpets, etc.

My co-worker friend (who was about 8 months pregnant) was cooking downstairs when water came flooding through the light fixture, across the floor and into the dining room where they had just placed new laminate flooring.The "plumber friend" disappeared and my friend and her husband realized the value of owning (which they did not have) a water key to shut the water off at the curb meter. 

How y'all turned this against my agent and my PM is stunning and knowing the people involved it is even more stunning. 

This was the dining room, they cut the floor to get to the nice rough sawn floor joistEntry foyer.

We recently visited Richmond/Rosenberg for the first time since 1995 and I was stunned at the growth.

Both will be demo’d to increase the size of the kitchen by 40%.Dining Room – love the coffered ceiling!

Update the bathrooms and kitchen as well as take the wall down between the dining room and living room.

actually this question deals more with radiators. 2 family home with 6 room apt over 4 room apt.The 6 room apt. does not have radiators in the kitchen or dining room.

@Jay Hinrichs  The area due north of downtown Indianapolis is Old Northside (12th Street - 16th Street), which the City of Indianapolis considers a "historic neighbhorhood", but it is far from a sleeper with old, Victorian houses easily going for $500k - $1 million (http://www.oldnorthside.org/).I believe the neighborhood you are referring to is Herron Morton (http://herron-morton.com/), which is also a "historic district" (16th Street - 21st Street) and has some really stunning/modern new builds & impressive Victorian renovations, which can be had in the $300k - $400k, but can easily go up to $500k - $600k.
