My real estate goals are quite modest, which is to soak up knowledge and network for the short term (0-5 years), and see where it takes me.

I'm soaking this all in the best I can.

Should have been a 4x6 (or longer) shower and a smaller Jacuzzi, a nicer size for a tub is actually smaller than a whirlpool you have on the deck or pool area, that were popular in the past, what is nice is having the tub in a deck space so the little lady can line up all the bath sauces, perfumes, soaking treatments and candles some like to have (while the stereo or big screen is on watching Love Story).

I soak the fiber in cool water with lots of detergent in an old laundry tub outside, and just dump it on my grass --three or four washings to a batch.  

I am also soaking up additional information here and planning my networking process, but had a couple of questions.When marketing to acquire a property to flip, there are obvioulsy as many methods as there are people.  

I am here to soak up as much inspiration and information as possible.   

Most if not all profit is soaked up by buildings maintenance and Hotel Program Split.

Currently I am soaking up as much information on not just real estate but finance and accounting etc etc What am I to expect with the market in MD?

Replace the plywood sub floors.. if the wood has soaked thru,, to joists,, prime joists with the Kilz oil based primer..  

Im in Southern California, I am new to investing so just looking to soak up as much info as possible on flipping & buy and hold type investments.
