Good afternoon!

I am moving to Maryland in April, and I will be diving into the exciting world of real estate. I am hoping to have the opportunity to become a full time investor. 

Currently I am soaking up as much information on not just real estate but finance and accounting etc etc 

What am I to expect with the market in MD?
