Take a piece of scrap, pry the piece into position if required (areas along the wall are especially difficult to align)...once the piece is in position place the piece of scrap Allure over the joint and smack the scrap with a hammer...this seems to reset the adhesion and sets the piece in place.

I'm pretty sure they knew that it would get hammered by lawsuits and be mired in court for eternity.

Mess up and you can get hammered with fees and penalties, not a good long term financing move.
