BP, New investor here and an opportunity has come across my plate and I need your input. 

Hire a few off duty police officers to sit in front of that building (and consistently drive by often) a few hours a day completing paperwork, running license plates, and basically making the swinging by “the pharmacy apartment” a risk.

So something I've recently added to my tenant screening/information collection is getting the make, model, plate, and VIN of my tenant's automobile. 

Even today when you're in Blowing Rock during the summer you find many Florida license plates.  

Here is a picture of a kitchen I just updated with some paint and little things such as hardware and face plates, etc. 

Although, if someone can single-handedly take the house of their plates with at no cost to them (Broker fee + closing costs) this would be a great benefit to them.

Don’t do RE instead of school, add it to your plate so you can be a high performing member of your community and network.

I got a little too much on my plate and had a couple homes vacant for a while so it was re-negotiated to 6 months and then ultimately to 3 months.

The outer plate sits on the concrete wall but outer frame (which is 3 ft from the outside wall) is only supported by interior walls running perpendicular and even at that they are not build the way I would build them to hold weight.
