Property owner class action airBNB lawsuit. All owners can join?
20 June 2023 | 105 replies
In a way my real concern is with the cities, who haven't sued airBNB yet or compelled them to do what they need to do.. my list of issues with airBNB is long. Also, correction... don't view transparency demands by city as monitoring peoples activities... its not like the request by the cities is to plant a camera in your room to figure whats going on during the stay; although, come to think of it, a camera of some sort on property might be necessary :)If you have ever been to a hotel, you are probably aware of cameras on site; it both deters crime and helps with investigations when some of the serious crimes do occur (as they have on airBNB); so its not totally irrational if they asked for it but that isnt particularly the issue here.AirBNB is a haven for all sorts of criminal activities, if they should fail to meet transparency demands they should be legally compelled to do so by the cities -- sued.

They both get a tremendous amount of blame for that (though Obama gets all the current blame), and I have a feeling the next President or two will continue to sweep the real economic issues under the rug -- nobody seems to want to make the hard decisions that involve purposefully keeping us in a recession for a long time in order to fix the underlying economic issues.Gotta run...have to get my nanny to turn off Fox News...don't want to be an accessory to funding terrorism!

Bring it to the tenants attention, suggest perhaps installing a camera so the tenant can prove he's not doing anything wrong and suggest to the neighbor if the tenant is stepping over the line he should take the appropriate actions.

All-in-all, we did about 35 hours of shooting over 4 days (it was over 100 degrees during shooting, so we had to buy multiple days of the same outfits for continuity) and when the cameras left, we realized that we had created MORE rehab work during those 4 days.

For those of us that have seen 10 to 18% mortgage interest, just imagine what that would do to the fragile real estate economy. These are NOT my predictions, but they back up all their projections with WHY it'll happen. Now I don't want to just have negative things in this post so I want to end with a top 10 list. You know it's a bad economy when……..1.Your bank returned your check marked as insufficient funds and you have to call them and ask if they meant you or them.2.The most highly paid job is now jury service.3.People in Beverly Hills fire their nannies and they're actually learning their children's names.4.McDonald's starts selling the quarter-ouncer.5.Pres.
