The question you need to ask yourself if you're morally struggling with this is, "How can you help others if you don't have the means to help yourself?"

Not sure if there's a separate moral issue, but if it's purely a financial decision, I'd rerun the numbers excluding the $1700.

Although it can often be an economically superior alternative to pay your delinquent tenants to move out, it can also be personally and morally challenging out of principle.  

When done the right way (just like anything), I truly believe there's a real need, morally and ethically, for wholesaling in RE, if not I wouldn't be here.
