So my attorney tells me that he won't file for foreclosure because the Sept CDC order  (Temporary Halt in Residential Evictions To Prevent the Further Spread of COVID-19) does not provide a deadline or time limit for the residents to complete the Declaration. 

The other real estate agent has been a real pain to deal with this entire process, mostly due to her extremely slow response time (to the point where I think she's sandbagging on purpose to run out the clock on some dead lines). 

I bought the property end of Aug 2021 and it so happens that the deadline imposed by the city to rectify the LBP was Sept 2021 although they are extending the timeline!
