An A,B,C, or D class area?

From what I can tell this area is a C or D neighborhood, minutes away from a zoo though(; but, I'm new to the Jackson Mississippi area, so I'm not too sure of the market in certain parts of town.

As for the long term, I wouldn't bet on it being one of the areas that will drastically appreciate (especially because we're at the top of the market right now) however, there is still a market for that type of location and rental.

There are a few things missing to give an accurate answer, such as whether you own the property personally, or through a corporation (not an LLC, an actual C or S Corp).

To be clear, I think real estate is a fantastic bet...one of the biggest reasons being inflation!  

6) Is this asset a "C Class" staying "C" or are you taking a "C Class to B-Class?

Be careful if this is your first foray into multifamily taking down a C or D class property.

@Sam NgYou should talk with a CPA/Accountant but there are certain assets that you don't want to hold within a Corporate entity(C or S).
