Need help with Tax Lien Properties
I need help on how to identify if a delinquent property is just land or if it has a house. How can I know the difference? I have a list from my state that had properties and this is an example of their description. So far I know that if it has “ lot “ it’s pretty much land but how do I know if one has a house on it?
