This city is booming, cranes littering the downtown area, fortune 1000 companies constantly announcing relocating or establishing presences in Nashville, etc.  

., you can discuss starting a meetup in these forums, but any announcement of a meetup must be posted in the Events Forum only.And @Philippe Laurin is correct, you cannot call it a BP or BiggerPockets Meetup, because that implies that we sponsor or endorse it.

Plus some people might not like to announce to the world that they are landlords.

Dave:The good deals in the multifamily world are sold before any public announcement is made.  

I went to his Empire Academy Seminar and it was great and I was interested in joining his coaching program until he announced the price.

We had a tenant that took us to court for unlawful entry she was awarded damages like 3 times the rent, we knocked,announced maintenance when we went in,  we had a water leak under her kitchen sink, she was a day sleeper, and a cop.

You'd be better off posting ads on CL and on BP just announcing yourself as a wholesaler looking for cash buyers.
