I have discontinued working with several companies over the years due to abusive customer policies.

The property is 5-6 blocks from the train and has a bus stop on the block.

Week after week we’re hearing these stories on BP podcasts and here you are proudly posting your deal and suddenly it’s elder abuse.

The problem is when they abuse the trust and then becomes something else.  

I received a hot lead from a motivated seller who wants out of her house for the following reasons:- Seller cannot cover mortgage alone so abusive daughter lives with seller to help pay mortgage (daughter arrested for domestic abuse)- Seller is elderly and medically disabled (low income)Any advice on how to help?

Also less abuse for the time being is likely as well.  

She also could be from an abusive situation.  

Use it but don’t abuse it!   

She explained to the officer who she was and the officer told her the husband has been arrested for abuse, presumably to the wife.
