The wood will butt up to existing tile that is in kitchen / dining area.   

Took out approximately 6 ft. of walls between the dining and living room.All popcorn ceiling texture and did hand texture throughout .Changed out both the front and back doors and replaced them with leaded glass and internal blind doors.

The KH area is near all the dining but also near all the people.

They layout consist of kitchen dinning room living room big bathroom with only a shower and one bedroom with walking closet. oh and a half of basement rest is a crawl space, which is all cemented and clean.The way the layout is you could not make the dining room a second bedroom, would have to add a hallway, I think it would chop up the house.

We plan to extend the master bathroom out the back of the house, turn the carport into a great room, and vault the kitchen/dining areas.

I was stunned at how long it took them to get a unit rent ready. 

For safety reasons, is it true that traveling nurses don't like to share a SFH with strangers (in separate bedrooms but shared kitchen, dining, etc)?
