The LLC is a flow through entity so any profit is going to flow through to your personal taxes as income and be taxed at your current tax rate.I suspect that sole proprietor ships, partnerships, and LLCs are the most common way real estate businesses are organized.

Then again, a lot of farms are family-owned and operated with as minimal hired help as possible, and I think a lot of the hog/poultry farms might order & have products shipped straight from suppliers due to biosecurity concerns, as I never saw a salesperson on the hog farm I worked at for a short time.
