Every single December before the winter rush we have here in New England the hair on the back of my neck stands up worrying about mass vacancy in one of the busiest seasons of year.

Sometimes the disaster would be selling for more than the renovated house because you could see a small sliver of the ocean if you stood on the balcony and craned your neck in the right direction.

So withstand have to look to far outside your neck of the woods.  

I haven’t been able to figure out how to cash flow in my neck of the woods without a sizable down payment and would love to hear your take.

It is usually tried and true.The only other thing that draws concern (at least it would in my neck of the woods) is the fact that all of the units are 1 bedroom. 

I have the next 10 weeks off and I have the hustle, muscle, and desire to work and bring value to someone who may or may not be looking for some help.

And in our neck of the woods, inspectors work weekends and drive around.

But the question is:  If someone falls down the stairs and breaks their neck, who is liable?
